2.1 Company Formation & Management Services
ICORP HK assists Clients in incorporating and managing companies in jurisdictions specified on our website. Additional services such as nominee directors, nominee shareholders, company seals, and notarization may be provided either directly or via third-party providers.
2.2 Bank Account Opening Assistance
ICORP HK assists Clients in opening business bank accounts with financial institutions. While ICORP HK provides guidance and liaises with banks, it does not guarantee successful account approval, as the final decision rests with the bank.
3. Right to Refuse Services
ICORP HK reserves the right to refuse service to any Client without providing a reason. ICORP HK will not be liable for any loss or damages arising from such refusal.
4. Legal Advice
ICORP HK does not provide legal or tax advice. Clients should seek independent professional advice before engaging in any corporate activities.
5. Client Responsibilities & Compliance
Clients must provide ICORP HK with accurate and complete information to fulfill compliance requirements, including but not limited to proof of identity, address verification, and business details.
6. Fees & Payment Terms
All payments must be made in full before services commence. ICORP HK accepts bank transfers, credit cards, and other methods as specified on the website.
7. Refund & Cancellation Policy
7.1 Refund Policy
Company formation, compliance, and consultancy services are non-refundable once initiated. Refunds may be considered only if ICORP HK has not yet commenced work on the requested service and the refund request is made within 24 hours of payment.

8. Limitation of Liability

ICORP HK treats all Client data confidentially and follows strict data protection protocols. ICORP HK will not disclose Client information to third parties, except as required by law.
10. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Hong Kong SAR. Any disputes shall be submitted to the Hong Kong International Arbitration Centre (HKIAC) for final settlement.
11. Amendments
ICORP HK reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. The latest version will be posted on www.icorp.hk and will take immediate effect upon publication.
