"iCorp set up our Hong Kong trading company and had the bank account approved within three weeks. Their manager prepared us for every question the bank asked. Flawless."
"We moved our accounting and audit to iCorp after a bad experience elsewhere. Reports arrive on time, the audit was painless and the offshore claim saved us a significant amount in tax."
"Professional, responsive and honest about what is and isn't possible. They advised against a structure that would have caused problems — that kind of candour is rare."
FAQ
Questions founders ask us most
Can't find your answer? Our consultants reply within one working day.
No. The whole incorporation process is handled remotely: documents are signed electronically and your corporate kit is couriered to you. Some banks require a visit for the account interview; many fintech providers and selected banks accept fully remote applications.
Typically 5–7 business days from receipt of signed documents and KYC. The Certificate of Incorporation and Business Registration Certificate are issued together. If you need to start immediately, a ready-made shelf company can be transferred in 1–2 days.
Every company must maintain a registered address and a company secretary, renew its Business Registration annually, file an Annual Return with the Companies Registry, keep proper accounting records, have its accounts audited by a Hong Kong CPA and file a Profits Tax Return. We manage all of these for you.
Hong Kong taxes only profits sourced in Hong Kong. If your operations, contracts and decision-making genuinely take place offshore, you may apply for an offshore profits claim. It requires documentation and a review by the Inland Revenue Department — our tax team assesses eligibility before you rely on it.
It depends on your business model, countries of operation and expected volumes. Traditional banks such as HSBC, Hang Seng or Bank of China suit established businesses with a Hong Kong presence; fintech providers such as Airwallex, Statrys or Currenxie are faster and fully remote. We pre-screen your profile and recommend the option with the highest approval probability.
Annual maintenance covers the Business Registration fee, Annual Return filing fee, registered address and company secretary service. We quote renewal fees upfront when you incorporate, so there are no surprises in year two.
