Yes. The initial 30-minute consultation and the written proposal are free of charge and without obligation. Fees apply only once you instruct us to proceed.
Nothing is required for the first conversation. If you already have a business description, a list of proposed directors and shareholders, or a target bank in mind, it helps us give more precise advice.
Our consultants work in English, Cantonese, Mandarin and Russian. Documents are prepared in English (and Chinese where required by Hong Kong authorities).
Of course — by appointment. Most of our clients, however, never need to visit: incorporation, compliance and accounting are handled entirely remotely.
