Built on the belief that doing business in Asia should be simple
iCorp.HK was founded in Hong Kong in 2011 by a group of corporate administrators, accountants and lawyers who had spent years watching foreign entrepreneurs struggle with fragmented advice: one firm for incorporation, another for the bank, a third for the audit — and nobody taking responsibility for the whole picture.
We set out to do it differently. Today we are a single, accountable team that establishes and manages corporate structures, keeps them compliant, handles accounting, audit and tax, and opens doors to banks and fintech providers. We also support clients with immigration, trademark, legal and recruitment matters as their businesses grow.
Our purpose is to free you from complicated business problems in Asia. Our objective is to help you achieve your goals — whether that is a first trading company, a regional holding structure or a move to Hong Kong with your family.
